He worked as an Associate Producer with CBC Sports during the Tokyo Summer Olympics and the Beijing Winter Olympics — high-performance environments where precision, collaboration, and execution are non-negotiable. His work at Shop Santé helped the company rank 7th in Canada for overall marketing performance. Real estate became a natural next chapter when Marco Moranelli — his current partner and mentor — invited him to join Groupe Baronello, a team known for disciplined process and fantastic outcomes. Today Brandon combines marketing intelligence, real estate strategy, and a genuine passion for helping people make confident decisions.
